The ideal candidate should possess a Medical Doctor (MD) degree, specialized training in oncology, and board certification in Medical Oncology. A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as an Oncologist, with a focus on subspecialty areas, is required. Strong leadership skills, a proven track record of clinical excellence, and a passion for advancing cancer care are essential. Candidates must hold a valid license to practice medicine in Canada and be eligible for privileges at leading hospitals.
